3. User Eligibility

- Users under 18 require parental consent

4. Permitted Use

You may not use AtlasIQ Mobile for:

- Privacy Violations: Violating others' privacy rights
- System Abuse: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the App
- Law Enforcement: You may not use the app to track, assess, or otherwise interfere with law enforcement from any agency.

- You may not reverse engineer or copy our algorithms

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7.3 Third-Party Data

8. Service Availability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kalyna Vision, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of the App
